No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold on KIOUI are digital eBooks delivered instantly after payment.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Once an eBook has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Reason

Digital products cannot be returned or revoked once downloaded or accessed.
By completing a purchase on KIOUI, the customer expressly agrees to waive their right to a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Incompatibility with customer devices
• Failure to read the product description
• Download issues caused by incorrect email addresses or technical problems on the customer’s side

Access Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing your eBook, KIOUI support will assist you to ensure proper delivery, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
